Total Strength Coaching aims to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals by promoting lifelong vitality through strength, nutrition and mindset. This will be achieved by creating and delivering personalised coaching programs that combine strength and fitness training, nutrition education and overall health advice, to empower individuals to achieve REAL long-term results, and meet their health and fitness goals.


  • Founder/Nutrition Coach

    Kristen has always been passionate about health and nutrition, for herself and others, learning about how to eat for optimal health since her early twenties.

    She holds a Bachelor of Social Science with a focus on Food and Nutrition and then undertook a Grad Dip in Health Counselling and is continuing to expand her knowledge and education in nutrition.

    Kristen is a keen weightlifter and enjoys using her health and wellbeing to enjoy the outdoors and a healthy lifestyle.


  • Founder/Strength and Conditioning Coach

    Tim is a qualified ASCA coach, whilst learning much of his health and fitness knowledge through trial and error.

    Tim has competed in various sports ranging from endurance running and motor racing to martial arts. Strength and weight training is Tims passion and underpins all other fitness endeavors.
