Our coaches can create evidence based, custom programs for your specific goals. When utilising the in-person coaching option, you will get direct in 1 on 1 or group engagement to give you the best results.
Whether its for your nutrition planning, strength and conditioning aspirations or mindset to improve your overall health and wellbeing, in-person coaching is a fantastic way to get you there. Your coach will give you real time feedback with direct results.
Depending on your individual circumstances and goals, in-person training can range from 1 session per week to multiple sessions.
Online Coaching
Not all of our clients are able to access our gym or office area due to geographic, financial or time commitments. Online coaching is a popular and great option in these circumstances.
Online coaching starts with an initial consult to understand your needs via video call or phone, and then progresses to application based programming. Each week your coach will monitor your progress, provide weekly feedback and reviews to ensure the best results possible.
Of course, if you get stuck or have a question, Total Strength Coaching offers a message service 24/7, with a 24 hour response commitment.
Hybrid Coaching
Hybrid coaching is a great combination of in-person coaching and online coaching. This enables athletes to get a personalised in-person check in, whilst still benefiting from regular check-ins and advice via the online model.

HOW MUCH DOES TOTAL STRENGTH COACHING COST?
